The hotel rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, giving a cozy and comfortable feel. The hotel was conveniently located near the village center, with beautiful mountain views from the balcony. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with arranging activities or making reservations.
The layout of the hotel was confusing, with multiple stairs and elevators that led to the wrong building. There was also a lack of amenities, such as toiletries, and the furnishings in some of the rooms were outdated.

I recently stayed at a fantastic place in the heart of a popular ski destination. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk or ski to the lift, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes. Additionally, there was a large City Market nearby where we could easily grab groceries for our stay.
The shuttle service provided by the hotel was quite unreliable.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff, especially the managers, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location was perfect, with easy access to the village and ski slopes. It was also great to have a hot tub, sauna, and steam room to relax in after a long day of skiing.
The heating in the condos was a bit difficult to regulate, and it would have been helpful to have clearer information at the front desk about the transportation system. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience we had at this hotel.
